Our cancellation conditions for summer 2021

Exceptional circumstances justify a free cancellation option up to the day of your arrival. Such reasons include border closures or an official closure of hotels.

For all other circumstances, a free-of-charge cancellation is valid up to 21 days before arrival. Cancellation must be in writing or by email. If the cancellation is done within 7 days before arrival, the following rules apply:

up to 21 days before arrival free of charge
up to 14 days before arrival 30% of the entire accommodation cost
up to 3 days before arrival 50% of the entire accommodation cost
up to 1 day before arrival 80% of the entire accommodation cost
Cancellation on the day of arrival/late arrival/early departure 80% of the entire accommodation cost

In the first place, we try to immediately rent your room to other guests, so that there are no cancellation costs for you. In the event that we are not able to rent out a room, we are a partner of the Europäische Reiseversicherung, which covers all risk events in connection with the pandemic You are insured for:

infection of guests with Covid-19.
Infection of a close relative or someone living in the same household from Covid-19 and the presence of the guest at home is urgently needed.
Fever and suspicion of Corona, also when a later test result is negative.
A positive test result without symptoms.
A close contact in the same household is infected and the guest has to quarantine.
