Cuisine
- Rich breakfast buffet from 8am to 10am with a large selection of juices, teas and coffees, fresh bread and baked goods from our Thiersee villages baker, specialities from the Thiersee butchers, freshly pressed fruit and vegetable juices, freshly prepared egg dishes, gluten and lactose free products upon request.
- Tea time round the clock (in every room there is a private tea bar with selected organic teas and kettle)
- Fresh apples, to take free of charge throughout the day
- Afternoon cake buffet from 2pm to 5pm: freshly baked cakes and tarts, which vary from day to day, with tea and coffee
- In the spa area from 2pm to 7pm: Water as well as fruit, nuts and dried fruit
- 4-course course evening menu with various options (we expect you between 6pm and 8pm) - special careful and low-fat preparation, regional products are preferably used
- Daily cheese and fruit buffet
- We would be delighted to fulfil your wishes for vegetarian dishes and allergy-suitable or gluten free food (for vegans we offer a small menu)
