We are very proud to have won the award for the project “Bewusst Tirol” since 2019. The Bewusst Tirol Project promotes the use of local food in the hotel industry and thus strengthens the relationship of tourism and agriculture. Participating establishments are awarded for their high use of local produce. The award “Bewusst Tirol” is therefore a signpost for consumers and guests, who want to enjoy Tirol on a plate.

Thanks to its historic particularly sustainable handling of food, the Thierseerhof has qualified as a partner of the prestigious association “Green Chefs”. Owner and chef Wolfgang Juffinger ensures the implementation of the “sustainable” Thierseerhof philosophy in the kitchen.
